LG Futures was established in 2004 and provides bespoke financial management advice, training and policy research for the public sector.
We have complemented our initial focus on assisting local government clients and now also undertake work for central government departments and other public sector organisations.
Our work to date has centred, in particular, upon: improving financial capabilities through training; providing independent financial and management advice; identifying and delivering savings; undertaking research into the impact of government policies; analysing funding formulae and developing financial models; and through our Financial Intelligence Toolkit subscription, designed to save finance professional time and enhance financial decision-making.
