Bespoke financial management advice, training and policy research for the public sector
Ian is a CIPFA qualified accountant and has over 20 years experience of local government financial management, from accountancy, audit and consultancy perspectives. Whilst at IPF, Ian was responsible for all aspects of finance training and the line management of all full time and associate based trainers. In addition, Ian developed and delivered in-house finance training to a wide variety of local authority clients. Ian will be developing LG Futures' new training offering, in particular, supporting finance officers, budget managers, elected Members, and in-house trainers.
