LG Futures will be examining the financial impact on the County Council of a successful bid for unitary status by Norwich CC. In particular, LG Futures will be examining the likely funding baseline for 2006/07, the effect on capping and specific grants and the effects of the proposed local authority reorganisation on future years’ funding levels.
