Bespoke financial management advice, training and policy research for the public sector
Detailed analysis will be undertaken of the impact of the local government finance settlement 2009/10 upon Rutland CC. The research will cover: a comparison of Rutland's data against other authorities, an assessment of the possibilities of future changes to the system and a potential lobbying strategy for the council.
