An analysis of the economic contribution made to UK public finances by five boroughs within South London – Croydon, Kingston-upon-Thames, Merton, Richmond-upon-Thames and Sutton will be undertaken, together with an assessment of the current level of funding provided to the five boroughs through the local government finance system.
