Bespoke financial management advice, training and policy research for the public sector
The project will involve fieldwork with seven local authorities and a selection of Children's Centre's in each authority, with the objective of considering the applicability of a national benchmarking system; including Management Information Systems (MIS) requirements, skills requirements and stakeholder views, and identifying options for potentially taking forward the delivery of a benchmarking system.
