We have carried out high profile policy reviews and research for central government departments; the Local Government Association; London Councils; and Special Interest Groups, including:

• Investigating the costs, funding and implementation of policy proposals for the Department of Education, Department for Work and Pensions and Department of Health
• Evaluating value for money and undertaking cost-benefit analysis in relation to specific policy initiatives
• Undertaking feasibility studies and assessing the implications of national rollouts of pilot studies
• Carrying out large-scale surveys, qualitative interviews, producing case studies and facilitating stakeholder workshops
• Developing innovative ideas on how the public sector could potentially be freed up to deliver improved services
