Working Together to Improve Financial Management

This will enable budget managers and finance professionals to work together to share thoughts and ideas for improving financial procedures and processes. In addition to providing decision makers with a focused action plan for improvement, these sessions are specifically designed to break down barriers and develop mutual understanding of each other’s roles and issues.

Local Government Finance for Councillors
