As part of a review of the future of services for vulnerable learners in Blackburn with Darwen, LG Futures has been commissioned to provide specialist analytical support to the project. This involves the identification and collation of core activity and financial data, benchmarking and financially-driven scenario modelling, which will enable the project team to test out the resource implications of alternative service delivery models.
